Rampless Pyramid Construction Theory
The theory is known as "haitheory" and the tutorial book can be located by searching "haitheory".
If you are teaching anyone about Egyptian Pyramid construction techniques make sure you are aware of the ancient method as described by the ancient Egyptians themselves.

There are some amazing videos on Youtube of how one man by himself can place giant pieces of rock (like Stonehenge, the Pyramids of Egypt, etc).
Do a google search for Wally Wallington...it's truly amazing. Everything he does is with physics.
