Tuition PLAN your day PLAN your study time

Hi - best advice, make a daily plan and stick to it, stay off the chat sites - but allow yourself some time for you.
tip - divide your average waking day into six, allow three chunks for you and three chunks of time for your study or practise, and stick to it every week, week in week out until its second nature ...you will be surprised how everything falls into place when you know you still have some time for you and your friends.
another tip
Degree students - you only get two chunks for yourself.

Wink Re: PLAN your day PLAN your study time

I totally agree with you QAAWyrd. As the saying goes:

"for success you need to plan your work and then work your plan"

I also like to add that you can set a reward system at the end of a revision session or task. You can reward your self with chatting time, tv time or anything else after completing the task you have planned. This way you are more likely to be motivated to finish it.

The other thing is to spend a maximum of one and half to two hours on a task. Our concentration deteriorate after that. This is the time to take a break and then continue with the task or start another task after the break. You will find your productivity getts better after taking a break.

Best wishes.
